How do I accept a referral that has been directed to me?

You do not need to apply to direct referrals as you are the only agent that has been notified of the referral ie. the sending side has already pre-selected you. This means that you can either accept or reject the referral. You’ll find direct referrals on your “My Referrals” tab on your dashboard. You will also receive email and in-platform notifications alerting you to the opportunity.

Note that you cannot negotiate on the referral fee on direct referrals - you can only accept or reject the original offer. Rejecting it will end the referral opportunity for you and cannot be reversed.
