Referral type - Direct

When you are creating a referral, you have the choice of three options when it comes to choosing the placement method, these options are Marketplace, Invite and Direct.

If you select a Direct referral, you send the referral to just one profile in your destination market. Only that individual will be notified of the referral. They must either accept or reject the terms (including referral fee) of the referral. If they reject the referral you will then be able to open up the referral to other profiles in the destination market.
