Referral type - Marketplace

When you are creating a referral, you have the choice of three options when it comes to choosing the placement method, these options are Marketplace, Invite and Direct.

If you select a Marketplace referral, this will notify all eligible agents and brokers in your destination market that there is a referral that they can apply to work on. You will then be able to choose and negotiate with the applicants before agreeing who to work with on this referral. Note, applicants can present you with an alternative referral fee in their application to the one you proposed when creating a referral.
