The receiving side can reactive a referral e.g. if the circumstances change or perhaps you deactivated the wrong referral by mistake. To reactive the referral simply navigate to the referral in question and click “Activate referral”. You will be asked to add additional context in the free text box and then the referral will be reactivated. The sending side will also be alerted to the referral being reactivated and the reason(s) provided.
