What can I enter in the Client Information section of the Referral Creation Form?
The Client Information section is where you enter basic client information like name, contact information, address, etc.
In the contact details section, you can add multiple modes of contacts like multiple phone numbers and email addresses. You can add as many modes of contact that you like or need. You can add your client's contact preferences like their timezone.
You are required to add the client's address. Not all fields are required but the minimum information needed is the Country, State (if applicable) and City.
If your client speaks multiple languages or a language other than English, you can add them on the Preferred Languages field.
You have the option to add an additional contact or a secondary client contact. For example: Your main client is John Smith and they provided you with a secondary client contact, Jane Smith, you may add their information here.
Client's time frame section asks you to add how soon the client wants to close the transaction.
You can enter additional notes or information about our client or their requirements.
