How do the filters in the Professional Directory work?

Most of the filters work based off of the information provided in your Professional Profile so make sure that your Professional Profile is up to date - see here for instructions on how to update your profile page.

For instance, if you speak Spanish but you haven’t updated your Professional profile to include your Spanish skills, you will not be visible when agents filter by “languages spoken = Spanish”. Similarly with your specializations, so it is critical to update your professional profile page and include everything that you have to offer!

Some of the information in your professional profile cannot be edited, for instance your location is dependent on the office that you are attached to. We receive this information directly from your MLS and it cannot be edited within the platform. If you think there is an error in your location settings, please contact us on support@mlsmatch.com.
