What are referral status updates?

MLS Match is designed to help keep referral partners informed as the referral progresses. Status updates need to be provided by the receiving party in a timely manner in order to keep the sending side informed of progress or issues with the referral.

If the receiving side fails to provide an update within the timeframe specified for mandatory status updates (usually every 30 days), the referral may be deactivated. Don't worry - you will receive numerous notifications alerting you when you are approaching the deadline!
