I have Relocation Director functionality, what does “internal” mean on my Analytics dashboard?

As a Relocation Director you oversee agents. This may be in one office or more that one office. If a referral is classed as “internal” it means that one of the agents you manage has referred a client to another agent that you manage. This could be within the same office or between different offices.
