I am a Relocation Director, what can I do in the platform?

Relocation Directors are one of two profile types in MLS Match, the other being Agents. You are granted Relocation Director permissions by way of the data that we receive from your MLS.


Relocation Directors also have agent profiles, so you have a Professional Profile page that is personal to you in addition to managing the Office Profile page. You do not need to log into a separate account to access your other profile type if you are both an agent and a Relocation Director - they operate from within the same login.


As a Relocation Director, you are responsible for the office profile page so that you can edit and update it with relevant information about your office and business.


You are also responsible for carrying out the financial / payment steps involved in both inbound and outbound referrals. So, when one of your agents successfully completes a referral, you will be notified that you have to provide payment details in order to receive the referral fee, or send payment when it is an inbound referral. You will be notified in real-time and all notifications will give clear instructions of what you have to do. Your agent will not be able to take any steps involved with payment or receipt of referral fees but they will be kept up-to-date with the status and progress of the referral at this stage.


As a Relocation Director you will be able to see all referral activity for all agents in your office. This means that you can keep track of all opportunities and ensure that they are being maximised. Your Analytics Dashboard will show all referral activity for all agents that you manage.
