What is the chat feature?

All profiles have the ability send messages using the chat / instant messaging feature which is integrated into the platform. You can send a message at any stage in a referral, for instance if there is an inbound referral to your market, you can message the sending side about the opportunity and e.g. ask questions or provide more information about why you are a good partner on this referral.


Once a referral is active you can also send messages back and forth and these are stored and there for your reference, making it easier to keep track of all communications in once place, rather than searching through emails and messages etc.
