I don’t have a profile picture when I log in, why?

We receive information about agents directly from your MLS, and they may or may not have provided us with a profile picture. If you don’t see picture of yourself in the top right hand side of the screen when you log in, we strongly suggest that you update your profile picture asap. Profiles without profile pictures don’t perform as well when applying for referral opportunities so if you can make a big difference to how many referrals come your way!


To update or provide a profile picture, click on your name at the top right hand side of the screen, then “Professional Profile”.


Once you are on your profile page, click on the pencil icon on the left hand side of the screen next to the profile picture display.



You want your dashboard and menu to look like this, with your chosen photo now visible, showing that your profile has a picture attached to it that other agents can now see too:
