I am being asked to provide my “preferred notification email”, what does this mean?
In order to keep all agents up-to-date in realtime about referral activity e.g. a new inbound opportunity, the platform sends out email notifications and in-platform notifications. We may or may not have a preferred notification email address for you, and to maximise your experience in the platform we will prompt you to update your email address with your preferred contact details. This ensures that you will receive all email notifications that are relevant to your market, your referrals and any new opportunities - so make sure that you stay up to date and don’t miss a thing!
Simply follow the instructions to update your email address when you are prompted in the platform, or alternatively click on your name at the top right hand side of the screen, then “settings” and then enter your preferred notification email address in the box provided, and don’t forget to click “Add” to save the details.
